This policy explains how InCommon (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit incommon.ai (the “Site”) or contact us. It also describes the cookies and analytics tools we use and the choices you have.
Who we are
InCommon provides recruitment and talent services. We operate from Pune and Bengaluru, India, and New Jersey, United States. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@incommon.ai.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, your area of interest, and any message you send. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical data when you browse — such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site. This comes largely through the analytics tools listed below.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, understand how it’s used, and improve it. Where required by law, non-essential cookies are set only after you consent via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the banner or your browser settings.

Third-party services we use
- Google Analytics 4 (Google) — website usage analytics. We use Google Consent Mode so analytics respects your cookie choice.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — aggregated heatmaps and session replay to see how pages are used. Sensitive input is masked by default.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn/Microsoft) — advertising measurement and audience building.
- Vercel Web Analytics & Speed Insights (Vercel) — privacy-focused, largely cookieless traffic and performance metrics.
- Web3Forms — processes and delivers your contact-form submission to us by email.
- Vercel (hosting) and Storyblok (content management) — deliver the Site.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We don’t sell your personal information.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide our services.
- To operate, secure, analyse, and improve the Site.
- To measure and, where you consent, support our marketing.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing); our legitimate interests (to run and improve the Site and respond to you); and legal obligation where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time.
International transfers
We operate in India and the United States, and some providers process data in other countries. Where required, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing relationship, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained per each provider’s settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell your data). Managing cookies
Use the cookie banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies and to change your choice later. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, and opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s browser add-on. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take additional steps where required.
