Role Overview:
We're looking for someone who can take charge of hiring end to end. Not just sourcing candidates, but figuring out how to hire better and faster as we grow. You’ll work directly with Roshan (our co-founder) and help build the talent engine from scratch.

You don’t need a recruiting background. What matters is that you’re sharp, thoughtful, and love solving problems. Bonus if you’re technical and know your way around the AI world.

• You probably have an engineering background and follow what’s happening in AI.
• You’re process-driven but not stuck in process.
• You think clearly, act fast, and don’t settle for “this is how it’s always done.”
• You care about people and believe the right hire can change everything.

What You’ll Do:

• Find and hire great people, end-to-end.
• Build the systems that help us do it again and again, faster and better.
• Work closely with the founders on everything from hiring to culture to company direction.
• Create a great experience for candidates and the team.
